Leo asombrado un artículo que firman John J. Mearsheimer del Department of Political Science University of Chicago y Stephen M. Walt de John F. Kennedy School of Government Harvard University fechado en March 2006 RWP06‐011, y me decido a divulgarlo aquí. Sinceramente , con un cierto temor.
